Our journey began when our founder, Mr. Lee, opened a small food stall in the bustling streets of Hong Kong. With his passion for cooking and dedication to quality, the stall quickly gained popularity among locals and tourists alike. In 1999, Mr. Lee decided to expand his business and opened the first Banbou restaurant in the heart of the city.
